PAN Card Application (New / Correction)
This service allows users to apply for both New PAN Card (Form 49A) and PAN Correction / Update through a single application portal.
Before submitting your application, please first complete the PAN form using our PAN Form Download Tool. This tool allows users to fill the PAN form online in a government-approved format, and the system will automatically generate a PDF.
The generated PDF must be printed, a passport-size photograph must be affixed, and the applicant must sign in the required places.
After this, the following supporting documents must be attached with the form:
Proof of Identity (POI)
Proof of Address (POA)
Proof of Date of Birth (DOB Proof)
The completed form along with all supporting documents should then be scanned clearly and uploaded on the portal in PDF or image format.
