  • Once a service application is submitted and payment is completed, cancellation is generally not permitted.

  • Applications that have already been processed, submitted to government authorities, or assigned to an agent cannot be cancelled.

  • Cancellation requests, if any, must be raised immediately by contacting our support team.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Payment was successfully deducted but the application was not generated

  • Duplicate payment was made for the same service

  • Technical failure resulted in incorrect payment processing

All refund requests are subject to internal verification and approval by Maratha Enterprice.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Application has been successfully submitted or processed

  • Delay or rejection caused by government authorities

  • Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the user

  • Failure to submit required documents on time

⚠️ Government fees are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of transaction

5. Mode of Refund

  • Refunds are processed through the same payment gateway used for payment

  • Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment providers
